Cork Neighborhood Bistro an upscale, casual restaurant, is located in Historic Park Circle in North Charleston and brings the downtown Charleston appeal to North Charleston. It is Charleston’s first fully sustainable business that was built out of more than 85% recycled, reclaimed, repurposed and reused materials to create a very rich space with eclectic appeal. It is a small neighborhood bistro known for serving hearty, simple fare where the food served is all fresh and all local. Cork serves Breakfast, 7:00am-10:30am; Lunch, 11:00am-2:30pm; and also to come is dinner later in January and a full bar. Daily made from scratch soups and local artisan bread are just some of the many daily fresh items on the menu.
